Successful people think differently and create their destiny. The success happens from using patterns of growth to guide you towards a successful outcome. There is also another pattern to be aware of, and that is the failure pattern.

When you are ready to shift your life towards a successful mind-set, you must look at the patterns of failure and success to see what you should change in your life to lead down the road of success instead of ending up with regret. The clues are everywhere. It is simple and easy to implement. The results can only be better if you follow the proven strategies of others that have walked the path of personal growth and business growth.

Successful people have systems they create so that they do not have to work in the system. Think about where you are right now. How much of your life is spent in someone's system? Are you the worker or the owner? If you want freedom and choice in life, you should escape the system and create your own. The ultimate owner of the system will have people working in their system generating cash flow for them.

Don't hate me for being the boss!! Having a system that employees hundreds of people supporting their families is a contribution to society. I want the benefit of being the owner of the system and the rewards of a team of people employed to make the system profit.

Once you decide to move from inside the system to the control of your system, you can scale an operation that can be controlled by others in your favour. You can move away from this cash cow and move on to set up more systems. You employ managers to run your system with the guidelines to show how the process must run to produce a profit margin.

The concept is not new. The system concept has a proven track record and is sold under a franchise model worldwide. Franchise models are just systems you can buy that other people have set up. If you run the franchise the way, the master franchise has set it up the model works. Instead of buying a franchise just create a property development system where all the funds come from investors, and you do not need a cent to start the system.

I have shown how my strategy of picking property development as my system has to lead me to own a system that is 100% funded by other people’s money. The responsibilities are for me to use that money in my system to create a return for them and reward myself.
