Jason John Byron has been successfully running profitable projects for the past ten years. Previously employed as a Production Manager in Television he could use his skill in an alternative industry. Property Developments required the same expectations of management. Together with partner Amy Tang (who came from the Event Management industry), they have developed a system that makes them successful Property Developers.
In this Audio Interview, you will hear how Jason examined the most successful people in the world and found the secret behind their success. He decided that if he wanted to be successful, he had to develop the same system they used. The same method used by Harry Trigaboff, Gina Rinehart, Richard Pratt and Ray Kroc was where he found the formula for success.
Jason created a company where he chooses to share his experiences and this system with property investors. The aim was to show them a system he uses that they could implement to reach a higher potential for their abilities to use property development. Instead of just buying properties or hard renovations they could have more significant rewards for developing that would lead to substantial chunks of profit each year developing properties. Developing properties allowed his portfolio to grow each year as the property equity he wanted was just created instead of waiting for the market to grow.
